Help without a ticket maze

Support

The games are still in development. This page will become the direct route to practical help when they are available.

Before getting in touch

Known problems and platform-specific troubleshooting steps will be listed here when there are public builds to support.

If the problem is not already covered, a useful report should include:

  • the game name and version or build number;
  • the platform and operating-system version;
  • any relevant hardware, such as your graphics card, controller or mobile device;
  • what you expected to happen;
  • what happened instead;
  • the shortest sequence of steps that reproduces the problem;
  • the exact wording of any error message;
  • a screenshot or short recording, when it helps explain the issue.

You do not need to diagnose the problem yourself. A clear description of what you did and what you saw is much more useful than a guess about what caused it.

Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information. Do not send save files, diagnostic logs or crash dumps unless they are requested; these can sometimes contain information you did not intend to share.

Contact support

Use the Contact page and choose Game support.

Include the game name and whatever details from the list above are relevant. The more clearly the problem can be understood and reproduced, the more useful the first reply can be.

Benevolent Anarchy is currently a one-person studio, so replies may not be immediate—but genuine support requests will not disappear into a corporate ticketing abyss.
