Benevolent Anarchy is an independent game studio near Stockholm, Sweden, founded and stewarded by Cicely Fischer.

The studio is currently developing How to Wait for the Bus, a compact tile-shooting puzzle game, and The Pareto Fix, a cyberpunk tactical heist game about planning operations, managing a crew and adapting when those plans meet reality.
